Our Mission is to provide clients with an accurate and honest assessment of all the accident reconstruction issues pertaining to each case in an expedient, thorough, and cost-effective manner. We offer two methods of retention to serve our clients’ needs, objectives and preferences: Traditional Approach: Mr. Gayner is retained by one party for case analysis and consultation; leading to designation as an expert witness for testimony at deposition or trial, if necessary. While this method of retention still comprises the majority of our caseload, we also offer an innovative alternative that is appealing, practical and cost effective for many case situations. Neutral Expert Approach: Mr. Gayner is retained by all parties (at a shared cost) as a neutral independent to analyze the technical accident reconstruction liability issues. This method is very well suited for alternative dispute resolution forums or when the parties desire to resolve disputed technical issues early in the case without incurring the higher costs associated with prolonged litigation and multiple experts. After all, there is only one true scientific explanation for a traffic accident and therefore only one reliable expert is required to perform the analysis for all.
